I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served in the army as an armor officer for five years. I enjoy helping people and really like being a State Farm agent because it allows me to continue to serve people while representing a highly respected insurance company. I am involved in the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, my church, and chair the Veteran's Day ceremony planning committee for the Town of Gilbert.

I have been with this office for about 3-4 years now and have no plans in changing no matter how far I move away. Myles is truly amazing and a great asset to this office. Anytime I call he professional, informative and polite. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed by this office. Thank you for being there for me from the silly question to the difficult. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Owner is engaged and friendly. Offer a wide variety of insurance products. You might be able to find slightly lower prices elsewhere but it will not come with the stability and security State Farm offers and it will not come with the hands on services Peyton and the team provides.

I have been a customer of State farm for a number of years now and it is because of the world class customer service provided by Myles Putz. Over my lifetime I have had a number of different types of insurance associates help me out and none have ever gone above and beyond like Myles. I just wanted to say thank you for making me feel like family and making me feel valued and welcomed. I purposely transfered from another agent to the Peyton Parker State Farm office, and I am not disappointed! No matter who answers the phone, I always receive exceptional customer service - professional, courteous, and always exceeding my expectations. We've been through complicated out of state transfer of coverages, policy changes, billing questions, you name it, yet received the same consistent excellent service every time. I wish I could give the Peyton Parker team 6 stars!

About a month or so ago I called in after hours to see about doing something to get my insurance rates to come down. I felt like I was paying too much for my old car and didn't want to have the hassle of shopping around. I was told they would call the office and I would get a call back in about a day or two. After about a week, I called back again and they advised that they would leave another message.

I have changed insurance companies a few times, due to price or lack of customer service. When I first got the call from Payton to start my insurance with his team, it was hassle free. He helped me cancel my old insurance and start my new policy with a billing date that worked for me. He then introduced me to Myles, my insurance agent.
