A barrel was picked up form the 76 Marcus Garvey Drive warehouse yesterday and was found to have several pertinent items missing.
I sent a barrel for my parent and family members who has not been working since the covid-19 pandemic. I saved for six months to fill a plastic barrel with clothes, hygienic items, food, and other toiletries. Yesterday, the recipients of the barrel found that nearly half of the items were unexplainably missing.
Please, direct me to the appropriate contact to discuss my pursuit of legal ramifications concerning this matter.

They take advantage of the disabled elderly folks who needs advice. My mother was deciding to return home to her country of origin. Bought a living room,bedroom set. every thing else were donated to her by united States government. Who container would be better suited on pallets. But she was advised to use a 20foot container. She was then told this service is home to home delivery. This is criminal. and I wouldn't advice any one to acquire their services.

I used this company and I was terribly disappointed. If I could give them zero stars I would. I shipped 2 barrels to Jamaica and half the stuff from both barrels were missing. After filing my grievance that multiple items were missing from both the barrels, the owner actually had the nerve to tell me that one or two item go missing all the time and that he trust his employee. They have no customer service and no respect for people's hard earn stuff. Still waiting for the result of the so-called investigation he said he was doing.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I did door to door service and half of my items went missing by the time it was delivered. Delivery took almost 3 hours from the time I was called to say the bearer was leaving out. This is the heights of cruelty and wickedness on the part of the company taking almost half of my items. I am awaiting a response to date.
