We are very unhappy with the service we received from this company. The relationship started out great. They were very helpful and happy to give advice. We were shipping a container from Miami to Placencia, Belize and had a lot of questions. The forwarder advised us to use a specific Company, as they could process the order for us as save us the tax, as it was goods being purchased for export. The majority of the goods were given to the forwarder in plenty of time to order and receive the goods. We ordered the remainder of the goods on line, did not pay any taxes or shipping to Miami, and
