I had a hidden leak in passenger rear wheel and went to Tire Kingdom first to fix it. The employee there inspected it and couldn’t find the leak and said there’s no leak. In three day the wheel went flat again and this time I came to Action Gator Tire and they found the leak in 2 minutes and fixed it for me. The people here are very friendly and professional. Definitely a recommended place for flat fix. 😀

Had a good experience with Action Gator Tire today for my oil change and tire balancing. We called beforehand to compare prices with other stores, and they had the best price and by far were the most friendly. They tagged on a $10 off coupon for the services for no reason which was nice. We came in and told them about a problem my car was experiencing and they fixed the issue with no problem and wasn't too expensive. $12/tire for tire balancing. The manager (didn't catch his name) was very friendly and had great customer service. :) We expected the car to be done around 2pm but we were

I have been going to this location for years! Jose and Raul are the kindest and most helpful guys! Jose is always so sweet and so informative! Super amazing guys! I went in today because of a nail in my tire. They did a wonderful job of inspecting it and repairing it... but most importantly they were sincerely genuine. We spoke the entire time and I have never enjoyed a conversation more. The men that work here are incredibly nice and kind. I will be giving them all of my business from here on out! Thank you!

I would give ZERO stars if I could...
My husband and I noticed a screw in one of our rear tires late Saturday. With our normal auto shop not open on Sunday, we took the vehicle to Action Gator Tire to see if patching the tire was possible?
Sunday morning about 30 minutes after we dropped of the car, we get a phone call that the tire cannot be patched and we would need to replace the tire. The quote for just one tire alone was $140ish. This cost I am sure did not cover labor and other fees.
Well the tire was not losing air pressure, so I decided to hold off and just take my vehicle to our normal

Absolutely astounding service! I repeat absolutely astounding service. I called and spoke with Sherwin for availability for a tire rotation, was briefly put on hold and then told we can squeeze you in this afternoon. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. During the inspection, I mentioned I had a slow leak on one tire. They told me it would be done in an hour. An hour later (on the nose) it was done. Matt completed the rotation and found a pesky nail in my tire and patched it. These guys were wonderful. Highly recommend you allow this excellent establishment to take great care of you and your vehicle

When you go to any kind of car place and they do not try to add on a service, that's a huge plus for me! Twice now I have gone into action Gator asking if I needed tires or new rotors and they said I could wait. Most places would have done it anyway. Thanks for the free tire rotation!

Literally incompetent. Came here to get my tire changed because there was a visible nail in the tire. Dropped off it and they called back to say it was finished. When I came back to my place I checked out the tires. Nail was still lodged into the tire. They changed the wrong tire. I couldn't go back myself so my girlfriend takes the car back to get the correct tire changed.
I check the tire that night. GUESS WHAT? THE NAIL IS STILL THERE. I call back and I tell them they changed the wrong tire again because I STILL see the nail in the tire. All I'm responded with is laughter and "

Brought my vehicle to this location because I had a flat they needed possible repair or replacement. It was one of the easiest and quickest interactions I have had dealing with a vehicle repair ever.
I arrived a little before they opened (7am) and when they opened walked in and was greeted and promptly. To my surprise I had brought a vehicle to them before (still can't remember when or why). They pulled my information, asked what was the issue and quickly my car was in.
Tire ended up being repairable; under $50. Now I say that but please note that every tire flat situation may be different

We stopped into Action Gator Tire on Highway 50 to get an alignment. It was a Saturday and they were crazy busy but they still added our car to the list. Although the waiting area is relatively clean and comfortable we decided to do a drop off. They close up shop at four and told us that it would be completed before closing.
We received a call a couple of hours before closing and told that the job wAs completed. Pick up went smooth and the job was done right. I liked that the customer service employees were polite and professional. There is a 10.00 off Yelp check-in but I forgot to use it.
