Now this is customer service. I broke off a bike stem while pumping up the back tire before we were about to head out for a group ride on the Old Plank Road Trail. I called in advance, then wheeled in their front door and they took it to their repair room for the fix, immediately...no wait. And their pricing was amazing. My new go-to bike shop.

I picked out a bike, left my name with an associate and agreed to come back the next day to pay for and take home the bike. When I came back the next day they had sold the bike I had picked out. I was offered to wait for the same model to come back in stock but it was a different color I didn’t like than the one I picked out. It’s a nice shop with a good selection, unfortunately I wasn’t sold the bike I selected.

Took my bike in for a recall just over a year ago and dealt with the absolutely arrogant, rude, and pious owner.
Lied to me twice about having to pay outrageously inflated prices for the work done to fix the recall, which was clearly stated to him and publicly that all work is covered by Specialized. Tried making me apologize to him for getting him upset when I called Specialized asking who needs to be billed for work done on my bike.
All in all...NEVER GOING BACK!
