Andrea has been with us since 2017 and is our General Manager here at ZuZu Pedals. She worked in healthcare and when the opportunity to work in the cycle industry came, she jumped on it. Andrea has been an avid cycler for years in the woods and on the road. She would say she has too many bikes but her main rides are a Specialized Tarmac for the pavement and a Giant Embolden in the woods.

I LOVED THEIR SERVICE!
I live in Chicago and was searching for a bike- My first obvious choice was to look for bike shops around me I located one in the suburbs of IL but they made me feel like it was a bother. (maybe they were just busy) I was looking for a specific bike that ZuZu Pedals happened to have and calling them they told me they had it in stocked offered to text me pictures (the other place called me back they happened to have it in stock but sent me to the website to look at pics) Upon arriving I was helped by Andrea and another wonderful woman ( she is the one I was texting with

This bicycle shop is impressive! Dropped a bike for repairs and it was done the next day. (Another area shop had said 3 weeks before they could even look at it) I listened to Jared with the customer ahead of me and was so impressed by his conversation, hospitality and connection to this gentleman who had just arrived in Port from North Carolina, on his bike! This first time customer will be back. And recommending everyone I possibly can to ZuZu Pedals!

I was able to locate the bike I was looking for at ZuZu Pedals. I live in Maryland and the shop is located in Wisconsin. Andrea the Manager and her staff were very helpful when answering my questions and working with me on the logistics to get the bike shipped to Maryland. They were truthful and fair with the transaction. The bike was delivered as promised and my purchase experience was positive. ZuZu pedals was sensitive to my concerns and committed to creating a positive customer service experience. I appreciated their effort and going the extra mile to make sure everything worked out as planned

Terrific experience!! We were on a 20 mile ride in 44 degree weather on Saturday. We happen to be .4 miles from ZuZu's after 10 miles into the ride when my derailer came off. They attempted to repair my bike but did not have the specialty part in stock. Tammy, the owner, then offered to drive my friend and I as well as our bikes the 10 miles plus back to our car. They saved the day! Amazing customer service tailored with such warmth. Hope to ride in the area again! The two ladies from Illinois.

Checking out bike stores for a new bike. Found this store to be helpful and knowledgeable. Also brought in older mountain bike for repair of shifter that original bike shop said couldn't be fixed. So I've been riding with use of large chainring for years. Jared got it working like new same day and showed me how he did it Awesome! So just not a bike sales store but a real bike shop.

Great bike shop right in downtown Port Washington. During a bike ride from Cedarburg discovered 2 broken spokes on the rear tire. Stopped in Zu Zu Pedals and they offered to look at the bike immediately. They had the bike repaired in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. The service tech was very knowledgable and made sure the wheel was straight and all spokes properly tightened. Highly recommend this bike shop.
