Logoladz is not an official company. They are a masked group of thieves, complain or try to get a refund and you’ll find out. I spent over a thousand dollars with them for designing a logo, a website and to copyright my work. Guess what I received my 2 logos for my businesses but that was it. Even speaking with their legal team is apart of the scam. I didn’t receive my copyright, website, nor was my work trademarked. So that makes the logos pretty useless if they can be up for grabs because these fake professionals can’t actually execute on a job. They robbed me. Had many different workers

LogoLadz.com is a rip-off, I placed an order and paid for them to design a business card logo and ship business cards to me. It was a disaster. I suspect it's someone working out of their basement.
The design process was bungled the entire way. Very unprofessional. After this, they said they were shipping the business cards out. Never received a thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great service if you like logos created from a generator. The business package doesn't provide you with any tools. You get a basic logo and a three page website you CAN'T access to remove or upload content. A $350.00 waste of time. The money backed guarantee is also false. Don't waste your time. Upcharge city over there.
