Graphics Zoo markets its offerings as a no commitment graphic design service. They have a great sales pitch before you sign up about the timeframe of their services, account management, but most important there is no contract/commitment. Early on after signing up i had multiple problems. They don't meet the timeframes/deadlines that the sales person tells you. For example, i was told i could have edits on a project back in the same day, and that never happened. They also had terrible attention to detail. I had to provide the same edits multiple times on my project. Additionally, their website

Our Project Manager is extremely responsive and easy to work with. An absolute delight. I feel limited in the way I can communicate what I am looking for when creating a project. Designers seem to take inspirations very literal rather than as idea starters which has been tough. I was hoping for more creativity, but instead feel I need to enter each project knowing exactly how it should be executed. Now I know and will attempt to work under those circumstances. Everyone seems knowledgeable and professional. Overall a great solution for basic needs.

They do great work I use them all the time, You can use fiverr but after a while it adds up. I use them for everything design. And 24hr turn around is great especially if you a last minute person lol
CONS- Site does load a bit slow but its not that bad with the user interface its pretty good I have used other sites that use trello but I like having all my stuff on the site because with the ones that use trello after you stop paying, the trello board is gone and so are your files if you wish to go back, but graphic zoo keeps them in your account even if you stop paying so that is alright.

The most frustrating website experience ever. The final creatives are very good and, our design manager is very responsive. My agency has used other online graphic design sites, and Graphic Zoo designers deliver better creatives, but the website is SOOOOO SLOW that I want to throw my laptop across the room. 15 to 30 seconds for pages to load is unacceptable! FIX THE SITE SPEED and I would give 5 stars. .

I have been attempting to cancel for nearly 2 weeks and it is impossible. Their portal won't provide you a confirmation and actually just resets itself once you attempt to cancel. Even with having sent 4 emails simply requesting a confirmation they instead send me celebratory email for having made it to the 30 day mark..... Again, I ask for a confirmation of cancelation and AGAIN, none provided but instead just more of them insisting I don't cancel.
They were great in the first meeting and seemed like a solid idea they just aren't a good fit for us. I'm completely fine with eating that first month

GraphicsZoo has been terrific at providing my business with high-quality graphics at a fast turnaround time. Since subscribing with them in September I have received DOZENS of graphics that have been custom-made to my specifications.
While the editing/ making of changes can slow down production time, if you are able to be clear with your specifications from the beginning, they will do a great job with what you give them. Once they have a record of work with you, the projects will move smoother and smoother. From Facebook ad images, to business cards or flyer designs, they can do it all!

They weren't able to meet my design needs for Urban T-Shirt designs and refused to give me my money back.
I signed up for the No-Hassle Money Back Trial Period. I'm not upset about the loss of $300 (as that will be written off). It's more how they treated me as a customer. All the evidence, messages, emails and phone calls and they still refused to honor my request as a customer.

I submitted my design needs and artwork, the designer sent back the exact same image I submitted, just added words to the image.. I informed them this was done, that I wasn't

They currently have a offer for 3 months of service for 50% off (Retail: $449.99/month with discount $224.99). First when I contacted them they tried to offer me "ONLY ONE" month of 50% off. (Little did they know I had already seen the advertisement of 50% off for "THREE" months), I didn't bring up the fact I saw the three months already quite yet, I simply said that was out of my budget and the sales person (outsourced from india) told me he wanted to speak
