I can't say enough great things about the team over at NetLink Solutions. I brought them on to do my computer managed services a few years ago because it was becoming more than my staff could handle. Since then, we call them more than they would probably prefer and they are always gracious to handle even the smallest question we have. Since we brought them on, we haven't had any computer issue that they didn't resolve very quickly either with remote log-in or a special trip over. I highly recommend NetLink.

The company I work for, Air Assurance Company, uses NetLink and we have had the best service from them. Whenever I or my coworkers have had an issue there has been no waiting. We are treated as if we are a priority and every technician has been friendly and knowledgeable. They work around our schedule for updates and repairs are done immediately.
