We switched to Newave earlier this year. Kellen and the team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They have made the switch super easy. The are very responsive with any issue. The biggest takeaway I have had is they do what they say they are going to do and follow through.

Techs are Knowledgeable and very Exhaustive to meet every need! I have worked with Bryan & Matthew and many others there at New Wave. All of the agents are desirous to please and get the job done quickly & efficiently! IT performance and solutions are moving targets at times so it is impossible to always fix the issue right the first time! We have used Newave Solutions as our vendor for several years now both for our VOIP phone system installation & management and their IT Services throughout all our locations.
All Staff has been great with helping us stay up to date with the ever growing IT world and our business needs. They schedule regular maintenance on our systems to make sure they are secure.
They host frequent meetings to keep their customers informed and usually serve the best waffles and coffee around on Wednesdays! :)

We recently switched to Newave from a different IT service provider, and the switch has definitely paid off. They have been patient, understanding and thorough in the transition process. They are more than willing to reach out to third parties to work directly with them to solve your problems, which saves me time in the long run.
