I recently bought a house and was interested in bundling my current car insurance with home owners. I called for a quote and was told that they would run the numbers and get back to me within the hour. I didn't hear from them until I called them back two days later. They had no idea who was running the quote and that they would call me back once they figured it out. Never received a phone call. I called back the next day and finally they emailed out a home owners quote but nothing about bundling with my auto insurance. I went with another company. I had a really awful and time consuming experience with the Insurance Center of Baltimore. An agent told me a I had binded declarations and that I could cancel an existing policy and even sent me an executed policy application. Three weeks later, after wondering why I hadn't received the declarations, I found out that policy had actually never been issued (I had to call the insurance company itself) and I had to get my original policy reinstated. In short, I was left uninsured for three weeks due to negligence and lost several hours of my time only to end up with a policy I already had. The one
