The gentleman that helped was very professional,kind and ready to assist me with my needs. His name is Steve, he was very knowledgeable on the policy that I needed, he took his time and carefully explained it to me. Evey company should have a Steve, I worked for Nordstrom. The staff at this office, Melissa Powlus in particular, are amazing. Melissa made transferring and re-evaluating my insurance coverage the easiest part of a cross-country move. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very quick to get things done. She gave really useful advice on the best coverage for my situation and made the whole thing pleasant. I plan to work with her as long as possible.

My experience with Stephanie Jameson's office has been lovely! Courtney in particular was very professional and attentive, being sure to contact me often so that I had clear expectations and timelines for when my new auto policy was starting. I've recently switched policies from state to state, and even though I came into the transfer quite intimidated, Courtney walked me through everything very patiently so that I became comfortable with all the moving parts of the process. When I contacted State Farm on 3/2/21 to purchase insurance, everything was fine. I paid my first payment that was almost $400.00, however, I was insured. I called back on 3/9/21 to cancel with State Farm because I had found a cheaper quote that was offering more coverage. She was very short with me, however, I thought it was because it was close to the time to go home (I know how that can be). It is now 4/15/21 and I have yet to receive my refund.
