Bob, Patrick and the entire staff at D1 are professional and courteous. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from D1. I have only encountered two mechanical issues with one of these vehicles. The first was covered under the D1 3000 mile warranty. The second was at my expense. D1 did both repairs in a timely manner. I paid less than any other garage for the repair. Bottom line. Show up with a down-payment, references, proof of income and residency. And most importantly real expectations. You will drive home in a decent used vehicle. Thank you Patrick, Bob and D1. Bought my first car here last year and these guys made a really unexpected purchase incredibly easy. Patrick worked with me and is great and isn’t pushy at all. Amanda at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and it’s clear the entire team communicates well. Plus, $20 oil changes with them and the guys in the shop are efficient and always on it.

As a grown adult I expect to go into a business and have a conversation and fill out contracts etc and be believed about how the vehicle is going to be used or not used. When a grown adult says the vehicle they are buying isn't for work as they already own one fully paid off that is for work I would expect to be believed not treated like the biggest liar around!

I just received my title after finishing paying of vehicle. Pretty good customer service. They accommodate you and work with you when you struggle with making that monthly payment. Yes, they start calling when the payment is past due but it is all part of the business. As for the vehicle quality people you all have to know that it is a used vehicle car lot. But overall I think it is a good place to shop for a used vehicle. Did not feel pressured when we first walked in to shop. We did have issues with the vehicle but remember it is a used car lot. They do honor the warranty. We would recommend

They falsely lead you to believe that all that is missing is for you to come up there. Soon as I walked in, I wanted to walk out. I could feel the stares and prejudices in the air. Anywhere you go a "Buy, Here, Pay, Here, means you are leaving with a car. You ran my credit and had me waste my time up there, and ask you such and such. I felt degraded after I left there, Just keep researching like I am. This is at the Thornton location.

I went Into this dealership and from the very beginning I was amazed. I worked with Bob he was great he listened to what I needed and my past. I was NEVER at any time rushed I test drive 3 cars finally finding the one I wanted I looked under the hood with all of the cars I drove Bob was there with me the whole step and listened to any concern I may have had. I'm not a buying customer. Went in there this morning and it's true they don't run your credit but the catch is you need 20 to 30 percent down of the asking price. I'm pregnant with baby number 4 and need a 3rd row seat and they tried to sell us a Jeep Grand Cherokee that only seats 3 kids in the back. So disappointed cause they got good reviews but they will not work with you if you don't have the 20 to 30 percent down. I would not recommend.

Over all since me and my wife purchase a pre owned used Vehicle from D1 Auto Credit our experience has been good. We have been treated good, we would definitely recommend D1 Auto Credit to anyone who generally need help with high risk, or bad credit car loan.

So I had a very harsh review for this dealership that I have been compelled to change. I had a horrible start with this dealership. I had a lot of minor issues with my car from the jump. some of them were fixed, others ignored by the shop manager, these turned into big problems and I ended up having to take out another loan and pay THOUSANDS of dollars to get all the issues fixed. the worst part was the shop manager was awful to me. A few weeks ago I again had some issues so I dropped it off at the dealership. this time this issue was fixed quickly and at a very good price. Best of all I was treated

This used car dealership is great. The vehicles are checked before they even go out on the lot. They remember you by name both in person and on the phone. They care about you and work with you. During you financing period you can continue to have the vehicles routine maintenance done there often at a discount. Oil changes are discounted. If you are looking for a used vehicle start here.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from d1 auto credit. They have been very helpful and they are also understanding and willing to help you out in any way they possibly can. I came in looking to find a way better car then I had and they gave me the best car that was fit for myself and my children for a good price as well. I called and asked how much just one tire would be for my car and they were willing to help me with a finance option so I could replace all four of my tires for very little down.
