The gorgeous 2800 square foot barn can host up to 200 guests and is equipped with a wet bar and attached catering kitchen. Featuring high ceilings with skylights and rows of floor-to-ceiling windows at front and back, the barn is bathed in natural light for daytime events. Events after dark are lit with elegant, modern lighting, with strings of bulbs providing a warm glow.
Inside, the raw lumber and unfinished wooden pillars provide a classic, country-rustic atmosphere. The barn opens onto an expansive deck with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The garden gazebo stands on pillars of unfinished, pine-knotted tree trunks. We just had our wedding here and it literally was the best day ever! From day one we loved the ranch as it is a hidden gem! We are very thankful for having such amazing host! Kristi answered all our questions and helped us in any way she could. The owner and his girlfriend were very kind as well! All of our guests loved BDER and we would definitely recommend! The cabins are amazing and we will definitely be back soon!

Such a cool place to have a weekend getaway! Hiking/biking trails, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, riding around on a golf cart. And the cabins are so cute and nice. Plus the outdoor showers are the most amazing thing ever. It was like standing under a waterfall and now I need one. Desperately.
They're 2 ranch dogs that wander free there are the best dogs ever, Tiva spent the entire weekend hanging out with my family and we already miss her. We will absolutely be back.

We had my daughters wedding there. It was perfect. Its secluded and private but lots of room and trees to enjoy. The cabins for the wedding party were very cute and gave you the feel of camping. We had the venue the whole weekend. I couldn't think of a better place to have held the wedding. The staff was awesome!

F you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be, also the staff was great,. Manager was wonderful, she made my husband and me feel as though we were at a nice resort, she was very friendly and attentive making sure we had clean towels and sheets. When we walked into our place it was clean and smelled fresh. She also informed us of golf carts and other activities around. This was some "Best Day Ever Ranch"we had . Thanks , Miss you guys.

I was a wedding photographer for my trip to Best Day Ever Ranch, and overall it came off as a middle-of-the-road venue for large events. The website is vague and not entirely helpful, and when you directly contact the employees (ex: about golf cart rentals) their answers are all over the place. Not super well-organized. Also the golf carts have no labels on them, so other visitors can (and will) simply steal carts that are unattended. But the land is easy on the eyes, and the bridal suite/chapel is particularly beautiful. The reception barn and patio is also very attractive, just right for about

As wedding planners we recently had the pleasure of decorating this beautiful gem! Let me start by saying that this venue was incredibly open to all of our suggestions. We have toured many venues, and the owners and management went above and beyond addressing ALL of our concerns. Your guests will adore the picturesque cabins, barn and chapel that are all nestled in the woods; while your vendors will appreciate the newly designed commercial kitchen, bar setup and positive and helpful attitude portrayed by the management. Maybe the worst expierence I have ever had! Even though this place is hell and far gone..I went by to use it for a family gathering.. I saw the cabins and the outdoor areas and thought.. maybe I can make this work..BUT NO KITCHEN?? How are you supposed to have a big gathering with no preperarion for food! I kept an open mind and met the owner.. I saw a family bringing in food in walmart sacks.. I said , you know, this place could work but how can you have no kitchen facilities.. He laughed and said well we have out door grills...Being short on time, I decided to check on catering and decided ok

We went out mid-August with friends and family for a weekend stay. It was welcoming and well-appointed. The golf carts are a GREAT TOUCH, and the cabins are nice! They have ranch dogs who will follow you around and join you in the fun. The petting zoo is full of tame animals. I didn't do the hike/bike trails, but maybe when it's cooler. A really great getaway.
