Falling in love with spray tanning in 2009, Owner Rebecca Bilbrey was trained by celebrity spray tan stylist Liz Pino in Los Angeles, CA. After spending 4 years spray tanning all over Los Angeles, Rebecca moved back to New York City and has since become a celebrity spray tan stylist herself. After starting Glow On The Go! in Los Angeles, she has expanded to New York City, NY, her hometown of Jacksonville, FL as well as Salt Lake City, Utah.
