Zach Swa is an excellent insurance broker for employer sponsored health plans. I’ve worked with him in a few different capacities since 2007. He is always focused on meeting his clients needs and is very knowledgeable about the products he provides. I believe the other review was based on an individual seeking and individual plan and that is a service he no longer offers. The restraints on the broker side of things in regards to the individual market are too excessive. I recommend Zach hands down.

I rate caribou insurance a one only because they will not let me rate them a zero. My agent Zach Swa, has been telling me since before Christmas that he will have me a policy and a card. Unfortunately that has never happened. The first excuse was he couldn't get everything set up by the end of December, well that ended up being the first of February. Now that that has been said it is the middle of March, I still have no card or policy after paying in full and on time for the months of February and March to the amount of nearly $1,200.
