This nail salon is extravagant they did my nails exactly how I wanted them and it was a hard design no other nail salons wanted to do it for me. Once I didn’t know what I wanted I let them choose and it was beautiful. 10/10 getting Christmas nails here for sure make sure to check them out

HORRIBLE SALON! I am ashamed of how horribly I was treated. The lady messed up my nails and I kindly asked her to fix it and do as I showed her . She ignored me and said it’s too late for her to fix Bc it was already dry. She brought the manager over and the manger called me a liar and told me I needed to pay . DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE. The people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! look at my nails!!! especially my pinky finger!!!! I told them this is NOT what i wanted and to just take my nails off and they said I still have to pay for the service!!! I tried to politely talk to the manager and she was very rude and money hungry. Did not want to hear my side of the story whatever. So much for “caring about the customers”. A few months ago I came to this salon and one of the ladies used same pedicure water from her previous client to a different client. She used the same nail buffer when she was doing someone’s pedicure for someone’s hands without cleaning it. There were brushes that fell on the floor and they didn’t pick it up until 10 mins later and proceeded to use them on clients without even cleaning them up again.

While I was waiting to be assisted there was a customer who was very well mannered that spoke to the manager about not liking how her nails were going so they can be fixed. While she was talking to her I noticed the lady who was doing her nails spit inside of the liquid used for the acrylic and later continued to do her nails with it. Right away, I called her out for it but the manager called me a liar and sided with her employee which is very unprofessional. They will talk in chinese about you the entire time of the appointment. Don’t go here.

This place is RIDICULOUS!! I got there at approximately 2pm. I had gone to Nail Bliss in the plaza by Shop-n-Save, but there was a 2hour wait. After my experience at this place, I can see why the place was deserted! They young woman who did my nails kept trying to add services I neither wanted nor needed. I didn't want my nails cut down, I didn't want a design on my nails, etc. All I wanted was a no chip fill in! She spent 45 minutes filing my nails down so that each nail was EXACTLY the same length as the other. She used way too much cell, and my nails look fake, like press on nails

No way comming back. 1st and last time i will be here. i hope u can hire more people who are artistic and know what they doing. at first i have to show the pattern how many times from black with gold lines she would want to put a gold nail polish instead of a gold foil. saw her shes having a hard time and just babling with her language then i ended up changing to just put a matte french tip black nail polish so it will be 3/4 part of nail is matte and 1/4 is shinny. i looked at it and damn!! its meased up still its been 1.5 hrs since i got sat and started and getting frustrated until the owner

I like how the lady did my nails. BUT, she kept pausing to go on her phone and text MEANWHILE doing my nails. Multiple times she kept going on her phone. & also, she wasn’t the only staff pausing from doing nails with a customer just to go on their phone. I found that extremely rude. They should pay attention to their customers at ALL times especially while doing their nails. Found that very unprofessional. Also a greeting when you enter the door would be nice.

They are rather inexpensive but service varies depending on who your nail tech is. Often times I get nails that come out looking rushed and sloppy. The nail filers/buffers are used on different clients multiple times before you which is gross. Overall prices are good and workers are nice but the execution is eh

I've gone here many times and I always get a full set of acrylics and I leave always loving my nails. They never disappoint me. I love how they don't take long and my nails are always perfect at the end. The nail polish selection is great as well. A full set of beautiful nails for just $22 is a steal, I've gone to many different places before that charge more and I'm never satisfied. I went in there as a walk in with my two sisters and asked if they could take us in and they told us yes they have exactly three open. We went to get a pedicure and they only had two ladies available which I then had to wait until my sisters were done and they did me way after. So then when getting our pedi the ladies were laughing and talking about us and then we told them we knew they were talking about us but they continued pointing and talking negative about us. Such bad customer service. And honestly the nails looked good at the beginning for the first day but this is what my nails look like

I've been here several times and I'm always pleased with the results, not sure why the low ratings! Rachel does very nice design work. She is always patient with me and even gives me ideas cuz I never seem to know exactly what I want :) The other staff members also do a great job and are very meticulous about doing the job right and take their time which I appreciate. They're also pretty friendly which you don't always get at these places.
Prices are super fair, $20 for full set of acrylic nails and pedi is about $13 I believe. Plus they have reallllly nice massage chairs

Honestly don't know how this place has such high reviews. I went here with my sister and we both wanted to leave as soon as we walked in. The nail polish selection was horrible. Nearly every bottle was separated and old. I'm not exaggerating either. My sister had a younger girl for her technician and she had a good experience. Her nails looked nice too. My experience was pretty different.

I was worry about getting my nails done here because of the low ratings but since I'm visiting from California and all the nails places around this area have low rating, I went with this place based on the reviews.
Kevin did my fill for only $14 and base on the results of my nails alone I give this place a 4 stars! I love, love, love Kevin he really did an awesome job and he is so funny and entertaining.
The place is clean and they have a good variety of quality colors.
I'm going back tomorrow for a pedicure and as long as I'm in this city I will be a faithful customer.

This was my first time here today. I received excellent service - there's nothing worse than going to get a mani/pedi to relax and have the technician completely rush through it - which was not the case at all here. I got a $30 mani/pedi which is a steal to me and my tech even did a mini hot stone massage which I have never gotten with a pedicure that was less than $45.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they open their doors at 930am but nail techs don't start coming in until 940 and on.
Overall, for the price - it's a great value and provides pretty great service
