Great shop! I’ve been to many nail shops around Chicago but I’m not satisfied with their services. But this nail shop satisfies me because of their good services and affordable price. Supportive staff gave me worry-free experience because they did the manicure and pedicure so well. Highly recommend this place!

I get my nails done here and I love the color very much. I have a great experience with the workers who are friendly and caring. Although they’re quite busy during the holiday season, they still spend a lot of time on asking me how I want my nails look like. I feel relaxing after going to this salon because the atmosphere at the salon is warm and cosy, especially in this winter.

I’ve been to elegant nails a few times before and they usually do a good job! I haven’t been in a while and seen their reviews had gone down and was suprised but, now that I went in today I see why!! I got a gel full set done and a pedicure. The pedicure was good but the full set not so much. It felt rushed and the shape is all wrong. It really is a shame because I believe the lady that did my nails in the owner! She sits at station one when you first walk in and is the one that answer the phone.

Lady did my eyebrows quick and they were lovely, person who did my feet also did a good job.. the man who did my nails a week ago, was so fast he finished about 20 min earlier then I expected. However, it is six days later and my nails peeled off easily. I am very dissatisfied. He sits on the side right in front of the chair where you get your eyebrows. I will be returning because my other services were great but not to him.

I am not from Chicago so I was looking for a good nail salon while I was going to be here for a month. Worst $70 ever spent. I got them done the 10th and this is them today, 9/16. I broke the nail 2 days ago by lifting a tablet. I dont know how or what I did to get the top coat to come off and I hit something directly and it instantly lifted my nail. I began to take off my nails and they popped right the hell off. Disappointed in myself for spending my money there.

The staff is rude and ignorant and all they do is talk crap about you in they're language. They overcharged sneakily sometimes too and use as very lil product when they do fill ins and domt go all the way back to the cuticle just so it grows out faster and u have to come back faster to get ripped off again.Very rude and ignorant. Would not go back and would not recommend this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Have been coming here a lot... only reason why, they're close to home. The chemical smell is stronger than any other salon I've gone to. To the point I get dizzy & can not wait around too long for them to take me. Last time they hurt me & dug into my skin through my nail bed as I still had acrylic on it. Could have just let the acrylic soak off longer. Ok then today I took my day in to soak off her acrylics and get a pedi, called in told them I was coming said they weren't busy. I get there & they're busy and have ya sit and wait. 10 min I'm out Gabe this place

I went a couple days ago to take about my acrylic nails and manicure, the person who did the service was super rude, take my acrylic nails really painful, he brought some water for the manicure and I told him it was to hot he laughed at me, and he looked and told me is not hot put your hands on it, really rude!! After that he did a awful job my nails weren't good ( he didn't take out the acrylic completely) and he star paint the nails because he was in a rush. In the photo you can see the result. I didn't recommend the service is awful ( and yes is something like a hair attached
