The female that answered the phone was very patient and professional, the guy that got the phone was very rude, told me that I did a review on them and rated their company as a 1(while I was a customer) which makes it dumb on my part to rate a company that I have car insurance with a 1.

I called to get a quote for a homeowner's insurance policy. The female with whom I was speaking was talking and asking questions very quickly. I finally interrupted to ask her name (Angela) since she was getting my personal information. She seemed to have little to no customer service skills. Angela interrupted me several times and seemed to be detached from the interaction. After we hung up the phone, I thought about the lack of professionalism and this is just getting a quote! I called back and spoke to a gentleman who didn't introduce himself either. I told him my name and to stop the quote

Horrible customer service!! The owner (Jim Horne) was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. He did not want to listen to my questions or concerns, then he hung up the phone in my face. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful! I would never recommend this company!

Just a thought to the people that complain on Google and other places,,,, reviews are just that,,reviews... Don't slander us in a review if you have never called here or don't like it because we are doing our job correctly and asking questions to make sure you are insured correctly. Insurance is for protecting you , not just to get an ID card to get a tag. Oh yea,, that sign on the front door asking you to not be on your cell phone while you are in the office is a courtesy thing.. There are others in the office and talking loud on your phone is a major distraction to others..
