Michelle, it is NOT ok to go back and forth with a customer because you're tired of explaining something (THATS YOUR JOB). Constantly insulting someone and adding "ma'am!" at the end doesn't take away from the fact you're being belligerent! Rolling your neck and trying to get the last word in definitely shows your lack of professionalism.
I gave TWO stars only because the woman who sits to the far left is always polite and has no problem doing her job correctly and efficiently.
