We absolutely love calling Anton home! A special shout out to the staff at the leasing office. They are always prompt and super helpful. Specially Jorge, who always greets you with a smile and always offers help. Also the cleaning staff is top notch and they're extremely polite and friendly!
The apartments are ultra modern, well-designed including all equipment that everyone needs. The community is dog friendly and has great amenities; a nice pool, hottub, gym.
I would highly highly recommend this place for living.

Awesome place to live! I've lived here for more than a year now. For my entire stay, it's been really clean and beautiful. Issues with the apartment e.g. broken lights are fixed very quickly. Amenities are great (though I'm not using them now due to COVID). I plan to continue living here a long time. Rent is on the pricier side but I feel the extra money is worth it.

Jorge is great. I was trying to rent here and found the perfect apartment. Unfortunately some life circumstances changed and I wasn't able to move in. Jorge and the front desk staff were responsive and did everything they could to help out, which was ultimately to get me out of the lease. If I'm ever looking for a place in Menlo Park again I'll be coming straight back here.

I lived here for 2.5 years and recently moved out because of work reasons. This has been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
+ Very responsive staff for all our requests
+ Gym and pool are large
+ Plenty of parking
+ Very modern apartments with a lot of natural light
+ Short bike ride to FB offices
+ Walking distance from the nice Bedwell Bayfront park
+ Very close to the 101, and we couldn't hear it from our apartment
+ We couldn't hear the neighbors at all (we had a top floor apartment).
- You need a car if you live here as there is not much around

We have been living at Anton Menlo for just about 2 years. We have been working on a home remodeling project that lasted longer than expected. This has been a fantastic place to live. The staff is attentive, friendly, and keep on top of any issues that may come up. The other tenants are friendly and easy to meet. We could have rented a home but would have never had all these extra options like the pool, gym, pet play area, ping pong, BBQ's for anywhere close to what we pay here at Anton. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in the Bay area. Parking is safe and easy. We are

Not worth the money.
Cons:
- As one person living in a 1 bedroom, my monthly utilities averages $190. Was lied to when I signed the lease, they told me it would be around $90 since I'm just one person (seriously!?). This was a huge factor when I was budgeting for rent. You can't opt out of this.
- Rent is exorbitant. I paid less in Manhattan.
- Low water pressure in shower
- Kitchen sink takes over a minute to get hot water (I timed it)
- Constant 24/7 barking from dogs at the nearby kennel (can't open windows)
- If your apartment faces a direction with no sun, or towards a courtyard

I have had the pleasure of living at Anton Menlo for over a year and half. To be honest it's hard to look anywhere else, when everything works so well here. The management staff is top notch, Jorge is friendly, considerate, caring and only wants the best the residence. The maintenance staff is incredibly welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile just for your convenience. We truly love living here and find it will be a hard place to leave if the time ever comes.

The complex is decent with lots of parking, swimming pool, dog park, a cafe with free coffee, social/living room area, and a deck on the roof. Oh and a yoga room.
The complex is made up of 3 buildings (A, B and C). I lived in building A and B.
I do not recommend building A because it is next to driveway leading to another property and you will hear lots of noise from cars and motorcycles. The trash is picked up in this driveway early in the mornings and so the rolling of trash bins and trash trucks will wake you up very early. The walls are paper thin.

I lived in Anton Menlo for two years and enjoyed it for the most part. I'm giving them a bad review because of the staff. The Manager Jorge is pretty nice and good at managing the property but the rest of his team is pretty incompetent. I always had to involve Jorge because he is the only one in that office that knows how to fix problems.
The other downside of this apartment complex is the alarms. They tend to go off at odd times and it takes a while for it to stop.

If you are looking for a place to rent, definitely check out this property. Not to mention the new facilities and well maintained common areas. The management team is on the top of almost everything, especially the manager Jorge. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, knows exactly what you are looking for. Jorge is also detail oriented, he will walk you through every single details when you are dealing with lease or more complicated like transferring unit lease. Recently, they improved and almost perfected the mailroom system, makes me more secure to shop online, which I believe this is key value

Live here. Find somewhere else while you can. Been here a couple years. They still have not assigned a door entry code to dial in. Before they had a generic number to use at least. Now they got rid of it without telling anyone. The chargers for EV were supposed to be free. They were for a while. Now not only are they not working, but not free and you have to fight to get a spot. Beware, EV owners. Don't rely on charging at home. And no communication from management. But they'll let you know when they're taking the day off, which is very helpful. And the police cars and fire trucks

We lived in this apartment for 2 years and the experience was great! What we liked most (1) close to 101, the commute is very convenient (2) there is a mailroom for packages, making it very flexible in picking up packages (3) a lot of amenities, and well-equipped gym (4) the office manager Jorge is very responsive and always got our issues resolved (e.g., fixing food disposer) quickly.
The rent did go up year over year, but the price is still reasonable compared with marketplace price.

+ The location is right off the 101 freeway making it accessible to Palo Alto and Redwood City. It's right next to Facebook as well if that suits your fancy.
+ The amenities are great and endless- there's a pool and jacuzzi, bbq area, dog park, dog spa (which I have used), "coffee shop" study area, lounges with couches and TVs and pool and shuffle board. There's yoga, spin, a rooftop patio, plenty of parking and trash valet.
