Services
Alexander Valley Healthcare was incorporated in 1994 as Coppertower Family Medical Center, offering medical and dental services from a modest, three-story facility on the corner of North Cloverdale Blvd. In 2013, Alexander Valley Healthcare was designated a federally qualified health center, which allows it to receive federal health care grants and enhanced Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

Our staff of primary care providers consists of family practice physicians and nurse practitioners offering comprehensive services for patients of all ages. As a patient-centered health and wellness practice, we provide high quality care, as well as, referrals and resources to help patients manage and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Same Day Appointments fill the gap between primary care and an emergency room visit by serving patients who require immediate, non-life threatening medical attention. Patients should take advantage of Same Day Appointment Access if they have a minor illness or injury and feel an urgent need to be seen by a physician.

I called to set up appt. And was Seen on time . I have a service dog that is large breed with has been a bit protective as of late and they handled us both with professional tactic. They were kind and concerned and offered above and beyond what I expected. Very pleased with the appt and the help they offer is amazing to me .

My parents get excellent care at Alexander Valley healthcare. During the pandemic telehealth care has allowed them to get all of their needs met. Referrals and prescriptions are handled quickly and efficiently and the high percentage of bilingual staff make it very easy for bilingual individuals to receive the care they need. This is a small well organized caring and culturally competent health Clinic.

I had not established a healthcare provider Cloverdale. And had an incident where I cut my hand under water in the pond on a Thursday and it was quite swollen and red on Friday. Wishing to face a 1 Hour Dr. to get to any place on Saturday and Sunday I dropped in unannounced. The receptionist at the front desk did everything she could to get me signed up quickly, and what I really appreciated was Lisa coming to the front and telling me what the situation was as far as how long I have to wait and giving me an option. That showed respect of my time. The girls that took me to the room or courteous
