I called during a recent power outage on a Sunday and called the emergency numbers provided. I was able to get the battery pack connected and the fireplace running. Our 3 year old Vermont casting pilot light went out, so we gave them a call. The repair technician came out and was able to fix it. The next day, the pilot light was off again and wouldn't turn on. They came out again and said they needed a new part. Fast forward a month (as certain parts are not stocked) they came out to install it and said the part was bad. New part ordered, another month wait. The technician came out again and installed it. It worked for two weeks and is now broken once again.

Had this company install a gas fire place for us several years ago and we still love it! It has changed the whole dynamic of our house by being both a beautiful addition to our living room and an energy efficient source of heat for our whole downstairs. Their employees were in an out in one morning and everyone we've ever spoken to there was kind, well informed, and easy to talk to. We recommend them to everyone!
