Very professional, courteous, expedient, and thorough! They went above and beyond, even with a already booked schedule that day! They addressed the problem, cleaned up, made the repair, and explained in detail what was done, and gave options for maintenance at a later day. Called American Fireplace with an emergency situation. The owner Frank came out immediately. He was professional, kind, and worked very clean. This situation turned out to be a bigger issue than anticipated and have to say he was very fair with what he charged. He was recommended to me from a friend who had been extremely happy with his service. I totally agree with her assessment. Thank you again Frank!!!

We have used American Chimney for 25 years and he has always provided above and beyond service including installing two stoves for us. When installing one stove the previous company did not properly install the liner and it slid out of the chimney into my living room. Frank replaced it at his cost for the material. What business man does that when it wasn't his poor installation? He is always professional and competent and calls to verify everything is ok afterward. Also he is reasonably priced.
