Our experience with AutoZone electrical parts has been that they don't last even a year and then our shop must absorb the labor for replacement, we only use OEM parts for that reason. This shop has no people skills. The owner over charges for work and parts. This shop tried to charge me in excess of dam near 1000 dollars to put in a fuel pump. After I bought my own pump for less than half of what he was charging, he then tried to change 300 for the work and 130 for diagnosis. Let me be honest the fuel pump is located under the back seat with 6 screws and a hand turn plate. The whole procedure was done in 22.11 minutes. Look on YouTube. I took my car elsewhere where I paid less than half his price on labor and way less on the part. His charge for the part was 475.00 plus tax

The 1st mechanic shop I experienced where they actually video tape underneath my car to show where the issues were and what needed to be completed. Since I did a walk in because I was on the highway, that was when my catalytic converter broke off on 1 one and was highing up by a tube connection only, I went straight to the nearest auto shop which was only 5 minutes on the way home. Appointments were full so I was told that they would try to fit me which that were able too. Got a phone from them with an estimate of the pieces I needed and they said getting the pieces I needed from the mitsubishi

Cost of parts and labor was way over priced (OEM parts available on line for less than half of what they charged) for a no more than a 40 minute job (YouTube). This being said, service rep was professional, and was able to have the work completed 4 days earlier than promised.
