I've known the Young family for almost 15 years and have known the struggles their son BJ has had growing up under life threatening circumstances. Initially, being told that BJ had Mitochondrial disease, Duane and Amy prepared for what they thought would be only a few years with their newborn son. One of their most cherished gifts they received was an all expenses paid trip to Disney World as a gift from the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Wow! I’m shocked to see so many great reviews. The owner (when I called the office to see who I could talk to, I was informed that there wasn’t anybody bc the disgusting interaction was with the owner himself) was just out to my house to check on my freezer that has filled up with frost. He quoted me $250. I told him I’d talk it over with my husband and asked what I owed for the diagnosis. He told me it would be $119. I was shocked, as typically diagnosis have been $50/60 for services I’ve needed in the past. I asked why I was not told of such a high fee before having them come out to my

Bo was extremely helpful, my dryer vent needed to be replaced as well. He drew out a picture and I wrote down what to look for at the hardware store. I’ve been meaning to do this for a couple years but didn’t know what to get. I walked right in grabbed what I needed, and replaced it all in the same day. Thank you for being so helpful I really appreciated the extra time you spent just so I could get the right vent.

We had a great experience with Bo and Big Lake Appliance and highly recommend them. They were responsive and professional, and were able to service our appliances in a timely manner (we had a range and dryer hooked up to gas, and a washing machine fixed). Cost seemed reasonable and fair. I'm so thankful to have a working washing machine again!
