The staff were all friendly and put me at ease. The medical assistant was friendly, efficient and very good with a needle - I felt almost nothing.
Dr. Krathen was thorough and explained the condition and treatment simply. He did a thorough check of areas beyond the reason for my visit.

After my Dermatologist retired I needed to find a new one and Dr. Krathen/Essential Dermatology was highly recommended to me. My first visit yesterday could not have been better. The appointment was ON TIME, quick and efficient and addressed my needs and questions with complete professionalism. The office was extremely clean and all of the staff wore masks the entire time. When it comes to skin care, it is comforting to know that I have a new team that I can trust. I would recommend them to anyone!!
