Everyone has different experiences. Mine was great, though there was a difference in the thoroughness of a skin exam between MDs in the practice. Dr Tran was incredibly thorough, and helped with some minor issues. I book all my appointments with her.
The message on their answering machine includes the cell phone number of their top dog whose name is on the door. How many MDs give you their cell #?
Their practice of hiring gap year students on the way to pursing their MD means that the medical assistant you meet with is pretty much assured to have an IQ significantly above 100, which is

From check in to check out I was kept up to date with what was happening. Dr. White and her assistant Zoe explained everything that she was going to do, when the doctor stepped out I was a little scared and asked Zoe if it was going to hurt, so she explained I would be completely numb. Dr. White checked on me between patients as I got numb, and even brought me a cold water bottle. The office is immaculate, staff are kind and friendly. Keep up the great work!

Horrible and Incredibly insensitive. Don't waste your time or $ since all they do is rack up expensive prescriptions and then point out the obvious when they don't work.
Update: one of his front desk staff members responded to my review on another platform calling me a liar! Based off a lot of people's experiences clearly not the case. They really only care about maximizing profits off patient's insurance while providing no actual value medically

Rude staff, doctor barely does anything and had no problem sending in $150 of prescriptions that don't work.
Update: Front desk staff also replied to my facebook rating stating the same as above and stating that I was lying. They clearly only care about their image and taking $ from patients/insurance

These nurses and doctors are the most incompetent and dishonest people I have ever come across. DO NOT go to them if you have a serious medical concern. I started getting cysts, which they kept injecting with steroids and in turn things just kept spiraling down. They did not care one ounce about my sensitivity to all the needles they kept poking me with. I finally switched to one of the best boston derms at Brigham and Womens and the first thing she did was check me for infections, which I had 2 of. Injecting an infected area with steroids only makes things worse, which the doctors should have

I found the Dr.'s at this practice to be wonderful, respectful and very capable of diagnosing my illnesses when other dermatologists were at a loss for several years. The entire office staff was very pleasant and helpful. When I called to schedule an appointment and told them of my issues and could hear the panic in my voice. When other Dr.'s had a waiting list of months, Kuchnir did as well but understood that issue was urgent and got me in to see Dr. Kuchnir the following week. I love it here and highly recommend this group for all of your dermatology needs. I now have my whole family and several
