In 1952, Dr. Louis DeFurio was ready to settle down and open his first dental practice. He enjoyed the community aspect of Racine, Wisconsin, and recognized the potential it could offer. Shortly after, Dr. Louis began breaking ground on the corner of Mitchell Street and Taylor Avenue. In a few short months, the red brick and stone building quickly emerged.
