Tiny Heirloom
As a family run business, we hold our values and principles close to heart in every decision we make. We believe that upright integrity and hard work is how a company makes history. With over a decade of team experience in residential construction, we realized there was something more meaningful in building tiny.

So we immersed ourselves in the tiny home movement and despite all its glory, we found there was something lacking. Downsizing to create a more simple and free life is what it's all about but at what point do you stop compromising your living standards? We decided to bridge the gap so that downsizing doesn't have to mean downgrading.
Services
The eXpanse is our most asked for tiny home model that is NOT built on wheels. This unit was specifically built to help fulfill a huge need in the rising housing crisis by building to ADU/ANSI 1192 code. It comes in the Studio and bigger 2.0, and makes a great home, office or rental unit. The Legacy is a re-birth of our hottest-selling tiny house, the "Vantage, " built for the everyday traveler.
Our Signature Series line of stunning tiny homes for sale brings the world-class craftsmanship and quality of Tiny Heirloom to you in a more affordable way than building a custom tiny home from scratch. These beautiful homes are impeccably designed and built by our expert team, with a focus on function and aesthetics.
The Keepsake is our newest re-creation that was featured on HGTV's Tiny Luxury, originally known as the "Apothecary", with a new twist. We have been able to create a main floor master with a reversed floor plan and spacious living. This 20ft unit packs a punch with ample storage throughout, including an amazing stairwell layout that will even house a full sized 2 in 1 washer/dryer combo.
The Legacy is a re-birth of our hottest-selling model, the "Vantage". Keep in mind this was built for the everyday traveler. We took the time to create not only a simplistic and clean design, we have now added sleeping for 4. That's right, not only does this unit take advantage of the amazing views through the oversized windows throughout the main cabin, it is also our lightest unit to date, coming in at just under 10,000 pounds.
Comfort is Key, as this is the Queen of the fleet! The Majesty was created with the thought of everyone and anyone knowing that not all "Tiny's" work, this unit surely will. With nearly 272sf, this unit not only comes with a true dedicated master on the main, it has a full-sized closet and/or second living or sleeping area, full sized bathroom, living room, and galley kitchen to host a lifetime of memories.

I read the earlier reviews about this company never responding to inquiries, but I was really hoping they had worked things out. Turns out they haven't. I've tried two emails and one phone call trying to set up a time to tour the warehouse in Portland and have received no communication. It's too bad, I liked their product, but they need to learn some basic business skills I guess. Have an appointment with Carriage House tiny homes in Marysville instead.

After years of research I finally felt ready to design my tiny home. I spent weeks contacting them by their website, left numerous messages and even emailed. I made other appointments in the area so I drove by and called from the parking lot. As I left town they returned my call. We scheduled another phone appointment. She was extremely salesy, did not listen to one word I said, collected all my info and promised to get back to me with an estimate by the next day. It’s been 4 months and I’ve heard nothing. Maybe they’re good at what they do but this has left me sour.

Excellent company. Jeremy and the whole gang is great to work with. Honest and high quality is what you’ll find with them. After almost 20 years in real estate very few people keep their word like Jeremy does. If I could of done 6 stars I would of. Thank you- Cody Gibson

If you are in the market for a Tiny House, you owe it to yourself to give Tiny Innovations a call. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so in a heartbeat! Jeremy is a consummate professional and really takes the time to find out what your needs are and will really work with your budget to build you an INCREDIBLE tiny house! Everyone from Jesse to Troy and everyone I had the pleasure to meet while they were in the process of building our tiny are not only amazing at their trade, but are kind people. These guys know how to build tiny homes and their craftsmanship is second to none. Jeremy

I contacted Tiny Heirloom via their website nearly two months ago inquiring about having a house built. It was a serious inquiry with the financial leg work already sorted out, so less of a hassle and "tire kicking" going on. I never heard back from them after my initial inquiry, so I submitted a second inquiry via their website. When I realized that didn't work either, I reached out via Facebook of all places. They noted my inquiry and said they would respond very soon. I got the impression in would be maybe that week or sooner. Still haven't heard a thing, so I&apos

I can't believe they fit all of our must-haves in to our design and floor plan! We can't wait to see it in person. We are getting a custom built and designed 30ft Tiny House. I felt Tiny Heirloom did the right amount of hand-holding with us and also giving us the freedom to go our own way in the design. This is the first time we've had to make design decisions for every detail from backsplash to flooring to fixtures galore. Felt overwhelming, but then Lindsey their awesome designer broke it up in to manageable bits and had a calendar of due dates for our decisions. I feel they bent

I would love to leave a great review for them but they don't return purchase inquiries. They have a beautiful website and seemingly good products but not sure how to go about purchasing anything from them as they don't reply.

I spent $117,000 on a beautiful tiny house, starred in a reality TV show about the construction of it, and my sweet and trusting family of 5 have not spent one night in the house. It's coming up on a year.

To make it worse, after our delivery of the tiny home, it broke down (cannot be moved) and they haven't repaired it. They also sent us a bill for $23,000 of stuff we never agreed to in any way. Even if the tiny house could be moved, it's too heavy for the truck we special ordered (Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel Dually) and it came in about 3 tons overweight at a whopping 19,000lbs.
