My wife and I are shopping for our first home. Chuck worked on this at 9:00 pm Monday night, for a home outside his service area, to help out a first-time home-buyer. BCC completed a cleaning and inspection of my fireplace/chimney in July 2021. I was surprised to learn we needed extensive repairs both inside and outside, however, the crew provided extensive and convincing picture and video evidence documenting my needed repairs, which we elected to have BCC do. After some weather-related delays, their crew was able to get started on the repairs which were also then interrupted by more weather delays but eventually they were able to complete their work to our complete satisfaction. Had some spalling brick, so they cleaned our chimney and repaired it. Communication was great, repair was great, and the repair only took a few days. They had to tear down to roof level and build back up. Would recommend and will use again!

Very professional service. We had a couple of caps installed, chimney cleaning, and rebuilt back wall of the fireplace. The job was completed as promised even with having to work around existing challenges that the fireplace presented. I would recommend to all needing chimney or fireplace repair.

The company was able to give an accurate quote based on home inspection pictures. When they showed up, they found my chimney was an unusual size and had to custom order a cap. They apologized profusely, and within 5 minutes of them leaving I received a phone call from the manager telling me that the new cap would be there in a couple of days. The new cap was not much more than the ones they had and they even split the cost with me. The installers were professional, courteous, and left the place very clean.
