Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed our fireplace inspected. He showed up on time, gave us the okay to use it but showed me a few things that needed to be fixed in the future. He was very good at explaining why it is important to fix it as well as a quote for how much it will cost. He also gave me clear instructions on how to use it since this is my first working fireplace! I have no complaints!
