After graduating from UVM with a degree in Environmental Sciences I decided to follow my passion of building. After working for a Timber Framer, Design Build Firm, and Custom Home Builder I chose to forge my own path. I pride myself on the finishing details and a strong team of subcontractors who are eagerly awaiting the next challenge to continue to hone their craft.

Grif recently built a new entryway on our home. We have nothing but praise for Grifs communication, knowledge and talent as a builder. In the initial planning stages Grif helped us to see the potential opportunities, and ultimately we ended up with something significantly more sophisticated and beautiful than we could’ve imagined. We’re blown away by the finished product. Grif is a hard worker and also has the self awareness and connections to bring in expertise in other areas when needed. We 100% recommend him. Our only hesitation for posting this review is that we selfishly want his availability

Working with Braeside Builders for our master bathroom renovation was a great experience from start to finish. Griffin was meticulous from the initial planning stage to the last finishes. He skillfully translated our vision into a bathroom we love. He has great ideas, is smart, very professional and delivers. It was a pleasure working with him and his equally professional sub contractors.

Griffin from Braeside builders has done extensive work for me and my family from renovating our home to turning our barn into a wonderful two story guest house.
