It was awesome! Very comfortable clean modern condition. The captain and staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The view with some cocktails and such from a pretty full bar.... They have some premium whiskey for the rocks but no old fashions.. ?
All whist enjoying the stylings from the inimitable Chris Maloney... Chris was awesome really took the cruise to the perfect level. I didn't see music advertised but it was second to none great surprise.
I would recommend this experience to everyone.

We first contacted Grand Lady Cruises almost a year ago while looking for a wedding venue. With most everything closed and not knowing when things would open up, they were willing to work with us to plan our wedding. Jenna was our point person at Grand Lady and she was a pleasure to work with. We received updates as they were released and everything was explained to us in detail. The price for cruise, dinner, bar, etc. was quite reasonable.
Professionalism - Everyone we encountered from day one up until we left for the evening was very professional. They were very attentive, respectful, and dedicated

OMG, NEVER ever again. I bought 4 tickets to the dinner cruise last night. It was such a beautiful night I was so proud to invite my daughter at 2 other friends thinking we were going to have the best time of our life. I NEVER was so wrong!
The food was the absolute worst. The food was cold but moreover inedible. The main course was a small peace of dried up chicken & the small block of "steak" was so tough we could hardly cut it with the butter knifes that were given to us. My daughter didn't even eat a bite, my friends at least tried the food but after a bit pushed it

We took a sunset casual cruise that was actually a fundraiser for a local organization. It made for a lovely evening. The organization was able to use the lower level to set up a basket raffle and to serve small snacks and they had a live musician playing on the upper level. There is also a cash bar on the boat. The cruise was relaxing and I really liked the size of the boat. It didn't feel too large or crowded like some other local cruises I've been on. I plan to get a group of friends together to take a casual cruise on the Grand Lady next summer!

We loved our recent experience on the Grand Lady Bubbly Brunch Cruise! The weather, view, food and music was excellent and we would definitely book another cruise again in the future! We were seated on the top, right next to the live music and could carry on a conversation while enjoying the view. We were a party of 7 and it exceeded our expectations!

I booked this cruise for six family members to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. We were seated on the top deck. They were able to provide us with gluten free and vegetarian options for two of our family members. The staff was friendly and pleasant and quick to respond to our needs. The food was excellent. The bathrooms super clean and large. Three generations enjoyed the music and we danced the night away. We want to do this again for all our birthdays. Thank you to Grand Lady Cruises for making my Mom's birthday so special. xo

Well it was a rough night weather wise but there was only one bartender on cruise for some reason that was sold out it was s casual Friday night cruise with music felt so bad for the poor guy playing it was so loud you couldn't even hear him. Due to the weather we really didn't go very far. My suggestion would be a louder amp for the poor guy playing and at least one more bartender as the line was a half hour long

Had the pleasure of a comfortable and relaxing 2 hrs during a WNY Heroes Inc benefit cruise. Spacious and clean cabin area and head and upper deck and bow seating made for a nice evening outing. The staff were very efficient and pleasant. Look forward to future events, cruises or maybe a dinner aboard.

What a beautiful 2 hours. The Captain, crew and servers couldn't be nicer. The ship and rest rooms were immaculate. We returned celebrating a 50th anniversary looking west into a glorious sunset. The bar offerings were top shelf. The only negative was the food preparation. They overcooked a nice piece of beef, the broccoli was mush, the green beans were tough and under cooked. Coffee was weird. Great dessert and the chocolate on the tables was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this cruise if they changed the food service. Bernard R.

Murder mystery lunch cruise! Parking is ample but it's a walk to the boat, luckily they have golf carts to shuttle those who choose. The mystery show was well done, put on by The Mystery Company. Friendly bartender, stocked bar. 3 drinks $19. Food was served while the show went on. Salad and bread were served. My friend had the vegetarian dinner option, which was was overcooked and bland. My chicken/beef combo was tough and oddly seasoned, potatoes to peppery, carrots smushy and sweet. Cheesecake for dessert. Best part of the day definitely was the production and the fact we were on the water

The boat ride was nice we have done it before. The walk to get there was ridiculous, we parked and had about a block or more to walk to the boat. that was never the case before. the ride was set for an older group, so there were two carts driving back and forth bringing in Seniors. I am not a senior yet, but I have knee issues and this was a pain in --- to walk. The music was so dated set for the seniors on the boat, next time let people know who you are actually catering to. I asked for my favorite drink and they no longer had it. so I had boring music, no drinks and nothing but a long

We Did the 4 hour dinner cruise around grand island. Dinner was catered from Salvatores and was very delicious. It was boneless chicken breast and some kind of roast/filet of beef with carrots and potatoes. They had live music with a variety from Elvis to Bruno mars. The dinner seating was assigned. You could go outside at anytime though, at the front of the boat or the upper back area. There was a cash bar, beers were about $4 and mixed drinks between $6 - $8. The dinner cruise with tax for two was $160. Well worth it! Very friendly staff.
