Airport Welding & Muffler can trace its roots back to the 1930's in Carnation, where Richard and his father George ran Pioneer Farm Service. In 1948, the family moved to California and opened Corona Iron Works. Two years later, they opened Somerville Service Station in Santa Anna. The station changed hands in 1955 and Richard and his father went back to Corona and opened Corona Welding.
If you need Camper Tie Downs, we suggest Torklift. They are simply the best! True Frame-Mounted Tie Downs, which bolt directly to the truck frame, giving you increased stability and handling. We have machines capable of welding light gauge up to heavy plate steel. Also, we can do small fabrication projects, repair damaged or broken items that involve cutting, bending, grinding and welding.
We have been doing Custom Pipe Bending since before shops could purchase machines to do their own pipe bending! The advantage to a custom system is that we build it piece by piece to meet your specifications. We carry a good supply of mufflers and everything else needed to complete your job. Our systems are built utilizing the best products available and come with a customer satisfaction guarantee.
We carry a full line of 4" Tail Pipes and 4" High Flow Mufflers to upgrade or repair your exhaust system. All our systems use mandrel-bent components for maintaining unrestricted flow. If exhaust hangers need to be repaired or replaced, we have heavy-duty components to build our own hangers. Not enough hangers will contribute to premature failure of the exhaust system.
If your Check Engine Light is on due to a Catalytic Converter, we can take care of this for you. We carry a complete line of universal fit Magnaflow Converters that in most cases will save you money over purchasing direct fit parts. We are a Custom Exhaust Shop, which gives us the option of cutting out the bad converter and welding in a new converter.
