How do you know if you are covered under an ERISA plan? The Employee Retirement Income Security Act applies insurance issued as a benefit of one's employment. This includes short term and long term disability. Social Security Disability can be one of the hardest and longest roads to obtaining benefits.

The federal government has not made it easy on the disabled to gain coverage. We understand how to fight when Social Security has denied your claim. We represent the disabled during the appeals phase. We know how hard it is to navigate through your claim. Moschetto & Koplin, Inc. can help you secure time loss, medical benefits, pensions, permanent partial disability awards, vocational benefits, and claim acceptance.
