Unique or one of a kind clocks have their own sets of challenges and make for a project that I enjoy working on. You can feel comfortable with bringing me your unique clock to repair, clean, or restore. I love working on Seth Thomas, Ingraham, and Ansonia, just to mention a few American clocks. I also love working on many French clocks such as Japy Freres, A.D Mougin, Jean Minoche, Vincenti, and others.

We are conveniently located in Chester county, Pa. and repair and restore any antique clock. Restoration work is our specialty. I have spent my entire life mastering my trade and I constantly keep learning. I'm a graduate of Villanova University and am an artisan at heart. I love working with my hands and making things look and work as new again.
I love repairing and restoring antique clocks. I work on both American and French clocks of all kinds. It is a passion of mine and I do it at the highest possible level. I can source parts for the hardest to find clocks and at times even make replacement parts. I can restore the cases to like new condition.
Grandfather clock repair : Here are some of the tall clocks, grandfather clocks, and specialty clocks that I work on. I work on many clocks from the 1700's and 1800's. I'm one of the few people worlwide that knows how to restore and repair these clocks. I have restored both the movements and the cases.
A new spear was made to properly fit the hunter and the overall dimensions of the clock. The old gold leaf finish was removed and each part was individually painted before assembly. We do all fine art work in house so that we can make sure that all work is done properly. There is no need to hire an outside artist.
I love working on Cuckoo clocks. Most shops will not touch them. They are some of my favorite clocks to work on. Most are German made and very complicated. I can handle the repairs and source parts if need be. The Maestro will take good care of your cuckoo and make sure that he is willing to come out and play.

Maestro Angelo carries on the old world tradition of restoring non-working antique cuckoo clocks. We sent him our 100 year old cuckoo clock and he gave us a quote in line with a repairman in our area and had it done in half the time. On top of that he had a relative in Italy translate a letter sent with my grandmother who immigrated from Italy in 1920 pregnant with my father. We've been trying to find someone who could translate the letter written in Old style Italian to find out my family roots!

My review pertains to our family’s 75-plus year old Cuckoo Clock. This clock belonged to my maternal grandparents, and when they passed away, my mother wound up with the clock, stuck in a box in pieces. For over 20 years we tried to get it restored in our regional area, but it never worked out. Finally, a couple of months ago I decided to try again as a surprise for my mother’s upcoming 80th birthday. When I came to Angelo’s website during my Google search, someone I knew he was the one. I had an 1860's German Railroad cuckoo clock that had been nearly destroyed by a clock a "repairman" many years ago. I was never able to find anyone who knew anything about this old clock until I discovered Maestro Angelo. He was able to repair, find necessary parts, and manufacture parts to get my clock running again. It took 3 months and during that time he kept me informed about his progress. Angelo did a great job in finding the parts for my clock and cleaning the frame and internal mechanical pieces. The clock was returned a head of schedule, looks fantastic and is running great!

Angelo truly demonstrated that he is a “Maestro” by bringing both my 1940’s era German Cuckoo clock and my German made 1960’s Kienzle World clock back to life! Both are family heirlooms that have great sentimental value to me.
I appreciated Angelo’s passion, knowledge and artisan craft skills, as well as a very humble and professional approach with each of my interactions.
The Kienzle’s clock works we’re corroded and the front convex glass was broken and he was able to fully repair the clockworks and find a perfectly fitting glass piece.

Antique Clock Restoration in Coatesville, PA Owned and Operated by Maestro Angelo has repaired three of my antique clocks. He is a true artisan and antique clock craftsman. I took my clocks to two other clock “experts” in the area only to have them come back not repaired and be disappointed. Angelo took the time and has the knowledge and skill to make the clocks run as they did when they were made. I had my old Seth Thomas clock (from 1973) repaired by the Maestro. Perfect! It had not worked in years. It works beautifully now. Once a week, I crack it up, and it sits on the mantel above the fireplace. Now, any clock that I have, only the Maestro Angelo will do the work. He is fairly priced, too!

Maestro Angelo restored our 100+ year old grandfather clock that has been in the family for several generations. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and the work was of the utmost quality. Maestro Angelo restored and repaired the mechanism itself and also did some repair work on our case. He helped get the clock setup properly and ensured that it kept the accurate time.
