If I could review this zero stars, I would. I took my phone here to get the screen repaired about two weeks ago & ever I got it back, my screen has been glitching & shutting off. I took it back because I wanted my money back & the lady "claimed" that her "work" was perfect; no flaws.

I went there today money in hand to try to buy a new phone when I arrived the lady short Latino lady told me she was the manager nobody else was there a very patiently and respectfully asked to compare the S 10 to the iPhone XR And one other phone before I’m dropping hundreds of dollars on something I like to know what I’m buying she was very impatient told me she did not have time and even viewed another customer is more important than me who did a very simple screen protector on her phone a fraction of the money that I was going to give her..I told her that’s fine go take care of that lady

Went on there to get a tablet fix and I was quoted a decent price and wait time. A week later they called and said I needed another part. I was upset since they said I only needed 1 part. Gave them the ok to order that part and was told in 4 days it would be ready. 2 weeks later I'm at the store since they dont care enough to call their customers back and leave a voicemail. A little more honesty and communication with your customers would go a long way. Do not WASTE your hard earned money at this place.
