We're open to the public six days a week and are located only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, in the center of town, at 4601 W. Sahara Ave., Suite F, Las Vegas, NV 89102 for walk in repair. Our policy is one of honesty and truthfulness. Our technicians complete most repairs in a matter of minutes while the customer waits in the lobby.
We are a full service repair laboratory with a dedicated clean-room (shown above) and state of the art equipment for performing very complicated repairs. For this reason, you may want to send your phone or device to us rather than using your local repair shop who are not qualified to do that type of repair for you.

Dropped off my ipad with charging issues, after a week of waiting i called and they gave me an excuse about being busy. Next week it was waiting on a part. A week after that week it was an "incompetent employees" fault who "is no longer working there". After speaking with the manager he said it would be at least another week before the part was actually ordered... after OVER A MONTH i was handed a very bent and beat up ipad and no issue resolved. Im 100% sure these guys just scam you for parts. Theyll never answer your question directly, will always make it seem like its all

My iPad Pro repair with this company got off to a rough start due to an employee who was just not capable of doing my repair or being honest with me. After several months of frustration, I found out that this employee had left the company and then spoke directly with Willy (the owner) and Jay who both got my iPad pro fixed in record time.
Unfortunately, due to multiple previous repair attempts, my back-facing camera did not work any more, but they gave me the choice of opening the iPad up again to try to fix this (and possibly cracking the screen) or accepting it as-is with this functionality

So I had to get my phone's screen fixed. Sadly I don't have a popular Android phone like a Samsung or iPhone. They told me it will take two days, one day to get my parts and the next day to get it fixed. It took a week, although they did give me two discounts. One while I was there and another for waiting so long. Overall, my phone works great and they were even able to give a free item. I would like to say parts are hard to get since covid. But like I said overall, great service. They were really nice.

I was referred through a mutual friend, my iPhone had stop taking a charge completely, the last thing I wanted was to shell out for a new phone. Thankfully the guys here were able to change out the battery at a great rate. They are honest, reliable and super friendly.

Awesome customer service! We were in town on vacation when my iPhone suddenly stopped working. Broke my screen another time while was hiking on red rock, found this guys on yelp. I had my iPhone 8 lcd fixed in and out 15 minutes, great service by Willy and staff. They also got me free gift with check inn. You cant bit that. They have a nice lounge area and lots of parking on plaza. Save money and fix your devices by locals a lot cheaper and faster then apple store.

I took my phone in with a cracked screen & it was returned to me not working. It wouldn't even turn on so I waited another hour for it to be fixed. They had to call in a parts guy while I waited and to this day I have no idea what they did to it. That day I went home and then immediately had screen issues and took it back & was repaired for a third time. Took it home and had more problems with my touch screen and static on the screen while using it. They're awesome! I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and my screen was more shattered than my heart ever has been right? So I went in there because it literally wouldn't even let me touch anything. I messed up the LCD along with the screen. $160 (or 180, it's been a few months, sorry!) later and one short hour later, it's brand new! They're fast, fairly priced, and in a convenient spot. There is a finger print on the inside of it where my front faced camera is so I messaged the owner and even though I'm so lazy and it's been months, he's still willing to have me come

They definitely came in handy when our cheap hotel's towel wrack fell off the wall and cracked my screen.
We just grabbed a quick bite at a restaurant nearby while we waited.
I only paid $50, which is a way better price than I'm used to seeing. The guy who helped us was super chill too.
