Decent builder. Better to deal with the father than the son, however, neither are readily accessible. I and other homeowners have had several issues with them. For example, no ladder placed on egress well, they said it was up to code and wasn't needed. The height missed ladder requirement by 1 inch. Crown molding in family room absent. Subcontractors are shady and difficult to deal with. I feel they should vet their subcontractors better. They prevented homebuyer from building 2 models together, then proceeded to build several exact same models in a row to maximize profit. Many other examples.

This past summer, I completed an internship with Sal Paone Builder. Although I have not experienced their service as a client, I have greatly benefitted from the staff's efforts. The general expectation for a small business is that they place great emphasis on customer service. At Paone, I have witnessed this first hand. Sal and Sal Jr. value customer satisfaction and routinely take time out of their day and strive to meet their clientele's goals. The employees offered assistance if I ever felt overwhelmed by an assignment. I'm grateful for my time at SPB and the opportunity to grow as a professional
