The mission of the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties is to promote, educate, and advocate for the advancement of the residential construction industry while serving our community. The goal of the HBA members shall be to provide quality products and services at fair and competitive prices, thereby promoting the well-being of our customers, our industry, and our communities.
Furthermore, we agree to and endorse the following Code of Ethics as the standard by which we shall do business. Honesty: Honesty and integrity are our guiding business policy and the way we conduct our business affairs. The HBA is group of building professionals dedicated to promoting, educating, and advocating the advancement of the residential construction industry while serving the community. This membership directory is designed to help members locate and contact HBA member businesses to purchase products and services.
We help elect the people who write the laws you and your business must live with. Our PAC provides you with the opportunity to have a collective impact on the election of officials who will shape legislation that affects your livelihood and the way you and your companies do business. The money to accomplish this comes from voluntary contributions made by HBA members.
The Professional Women in Building Council is a voice of women [and men] in the building industry, dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting our members at the local, state and national levels by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach, and professional and personal development.
The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) develops and implements programs to increase the skills and professionalism of members involved in sales & marketing within the residential home building industry. The SMC is also responsible for planning the annual Synergy Awards, where HBA members are honored for their excellence in home building, selling and advertising.
