Normal customer service. I went in for an immigration exam and the girl was pretty clear on the whole procedure and they printed out the forms for me as well which was nice of them as not all places do that for you. I suggest you bring your own forms done prior just to be more efficient but you don't have to. Day of the exam was quick took an hour max, mainly me filling out the pages took about 15 to 20 minutes.
Only thing I was a bit apprehensive about was receiving the tests results and picking up the final forms. I ended up calling to ask a week later as my lawyers were getting impatient

I was referred to this clinic by my personal trainer and I had high expectations. I called and made an appointment specifically with Dr Syverain as my trainer knows him and wanted me to meet with him. Upon arrival, only a physician assistant came to see me to hand out a list of what to eat, what not to eat and provide pricing to their different programs. There was no personal assessment and also no opportunity of speaking to the doctor to discuss the impact of the appetite suppressants on my health personally. The assistant simply didn't have the depth of knowledge I was hoping for to assess

I would like to take the time and thank all the staff I have been coming here for Weight loss as well as B12 shots weekly, they have helped me tremendously. Everyone has been nice and respectful and accommodating to my needs whether it's moving my appointment earlier later, to a different day. Dr. Syverain is very attentive there has been times I've called to leave a voice message very early in the morning, and he has ALWAYS answered my calls kindly and he has always been very helpful to my needs. OMG... They are such a rip off. Healow app is where I found them and the app ask all about your insurance and what kind of coverage you have. I went there all the way from Los Altos and they said we only take CASH!!!!!
I told them that the website where I made the appointment didn't say anything about not taking Insurance and Dr. Syverain didn't accept their own mistake and said either you pay $175 CASH to get your mom visited or goodbye.
Even the laptop there was from World War 2.....they even didn't know where it said cash only on their website. If I want to pay $175 I will go

Pro's: Love that they are very educated on "over the hill" aged people... LOL! Seriously, Standford educated and the main focus is really taking care of ones self when turning the beautiful "50"... They'll walk you through some very sensitive issues one may have at that age and make a plan... Eating, vitamins, (pharmaceutical grade) that will kick ya in the pants so you can go back to your normal Circuit Training! Ya know what I mean?

Total life changing experience. started with the weight loss program including B12 injections which was very successful i have managed to keep my weight off - now i'm a regular for BOTOX ! love-it - staff is very professional and friendly. Dr Severian is such a kind HUMBLE man.

This place has been a life saver! I'm very very sensitive to birth control and the hormonal ones really make me gain rapidly when I first get them. They're helped me manage weight and never made me feel bad about it. They're affordable, accommodating and the staff are all amazing! I dropped about 20 pounds and kept it off till recently when I switched to a new birth control. Boo. Still only gained part back

I've been to other weight close clinic, they all charge way more than they need to and constantly try to get you to buy other things.
Not at this place though. They have the best prices I've seen and they don't try to get you to buy things you aren't interested in.
I go in during the week and its never too busy, I get seen very quickly and the appt takes no time at all.
The girls in there that see you (take your blood pressure and things like that) are all so sweet and nice, very friendly.

Drove 40 minutes there for a "complimentary" consultation that I booked online, walked out pissed off. Get there, greeted right away, filled out paperwork, sat for less than 5 minutes. As I walked back, I was informed that there's a $100 consultation fee. That was a surprise to me. The lady asked, "No one up front told you?" Well, quite frankly, no. She steps away and comes back, saying "it's basically complimentary because the $100 fee will go towards my procedure today should I choose to do it." Umm. Excuse me? Complimentary is complimentary...not a hidden
