We regularly represent payer and the payee on child support issues. We understand the intricacies of various types of compensation and the impact on child support. We also routinely work with forensic accountants to analyze permanent spousal support, income available for support, and the marital standard of living.
Julia graduated from Cornell University in 2005 with a B.A. in Philosophy and earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2010. During law school, Julia was editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned at the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office. Julia began practicing family law in California in 2012.
Andrew graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2004 with a Bachelor in Arts in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2011. After graduating law school, Andrew took a job as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, where his practice focused on advising private companies and venture capital firms for 9 years.
Kristi obtained her paralegal certificate in 2014, has worked exclusively in family law since 2013, and has worked in the legal field in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Kristi helps families during this difficult process by providing detailed support to the attorneys and our clients by using her extensive multitasking skills and customer service experience.

Julia Bressman is the best ! She is extremely knowledgeable , dedicated and a true professional. My case was difficult and complicated with false allegations. After performing an initial conflicts check, Julia and I had a lengthy call with me to discuss some of the details of my case. She is highly knowledgeable and sensitive to the situation without sole focus on how to make me a revenue source. She recommended the best approach (which was to avoid litigation) but would be willing and able should I not be able to avoid the situation. I appreciated her time and insight and would definitely consider her should I need representation.

Julia is very intelligent and very resourceful; combine that with the fact that she is a fighter and you have an amazing attorney.
