Ocean View is a 36 bed psychiatric health facility licensed by the California Department of Health and Human Services and accredited by the Joint Commission. Since 2010, Ocean View has been dedicated to treating individuals with a psychiatric illness in need of intensive inpatient services.

Services
Admissions are based upon need and meeting criteria for acute care services. Each step of the way our experienced staff will guide you. If criteria or need is not a match for Ocean View Inpatient services at any point, our staff will provide referrals to appropriate care. Ocean View is a private environment and access is only granted by our staff.
Dr. Goenjian received his Bachelors of Science degree at the American University of Beirut and Doctorate in Medicine at the University of Tennessee. He is affiliated with Memorial Counseling Associates in Long Beach, and is Research Professor of Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
