This place is awful, what is the sense of having an appointment. I always check in 10 mins early. Get called about an hour later and then sit in the exam room for 2 to 3 more hours. I never seen anything like this., ridiculous! No one never checks in or say anything. Doctor Uba is a great doctor, they need to get it together and stop over booking appointments. There was I couple of times to where I walked out because of the wait time.

Sitting as a walk-in in the waiting room for over three hours to be seen for chronic pain after an automobile accident. Medication was wearing off. Have not eaten so I could not take more medication. My son is a type 1 diabetic and was sitting in the car with his father this whole time without eating, waiting for me as well. And one of the female workers Megan (I believe she is a medical assistant) decided to say out loud “well the walk ins can just wait”. This is unacceptable. Had I not pushed the issue to be seen, I don’t think I would have ever been seen. Worst place ever!

I called this morning for information about the Covid antibodies therapy treatment I was told from combat Covid website that I would need a referral to visit site that does it well when I called they never heard of the treatment she was very nasty on the phone but also directed me to call the Heath department when I did I was also told by them that the doctor have do the referral so I called them back I was told to come in mind you all this is for my son who have health issues and Covid so I called UNC and they was able to assist me and behold haymount urgent care is right behind them and was able

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went here today attempting to get rapid covid testing due to exposure and symptoms. After making us stand outside in the heat waiting for almost 30min, making those said symptoms evem worse, they then refused to test me because I didnt have a physical copy of my insurance card. I have an app that has my card on it, i don't actually have a physical card, and they refused service to me. The 2 ladies were rude, unapologetic at all, and had horrible attitudes. We had come in and stood in the entrance hallway to get out of the heat and sun because I was feeling

I felt compelled to write a TRUE review of Rapha primary Care. When I read some of these comments, I was taken back because it definitely isn't anything that I have EVER experienced. I first would like to add that I am what doctor's say -a complex case. I have a serious medical condition that requires a team of Doctor's to effectively listen and communicate to find the best suited plan that works best for me.

The sad part of my experience with RAPHA is that I actually had an amazing time for my very first appointment. It was smooth swift and quick. Today however has been completely different and it all started at the front desk. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or changed her mind about her career choice. Very rude and short handed… I then observed how she treated each individual that came in after me. Totally disrespectful. Aside from that my appointment was at 11am I was called back to a room at 12:05 and I’m actually still sitting here waiting for any one at this point to walk in the

Friends I have to share this experience with you!! Rapha Primary Care is going to change your life and make you aware of how much better you could feel and you didnt even know it. This is the best service I have received in Chiropractic and I have seen some of the best. Not only that but the facility is so clean and well kept in addition to Dr Daniele's bedside manner it can't be beat!!! Please treat yourself to this service you will not regret this!!!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place. I have been here multiple times and if your appt is at xx:xx time be prepared to never be seen on time and waiting 1-2 hours before they even call your name. I loved Dr. King the few times I saw her but she isn’t worth waiting that long for.
Rapha Healthcare - don’t give people appt times if you aren’t going to see them relatively around that time. You’re worse than going to the nail salon.
