My husband and I love hiking together. In 2015, severe nerve pain down my left leg began to hinder my life in general and put our shared activities and plans in doubt. Dr. Malinky's injections removed the pain which not only restored me to an active lifestyle, but also enabled us to realize my long-held dream of reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro a year later.

My experience here was good. I have been in extreme pain from a large Herniation (L5S1) and am awaiting surgery. The only downside is that it took so long to schedule an appointment even though I had a referral from the neuro surgeon. Anyways, I finally went in and the check in was painless. Like I said I am in excruciating pain and the only position that I can manage to deal with the pain is lying down or on all fours. I was happy that the wait time wasn't very long, about 10-15 minutes. They brought me back to a room, explained the procedure to me and completed some paperwork. It took about 5

Was referred to Malinky by Penrose nuero science department being told he is the best at what he does. After 8 years of 24/7 horrible pain I finally had hope only to have it crushed because Malinky denied the referral -no reason given. I can only guess that my insurance wasn't good enough. Without a reason given for denying me I don't know where I am supposed to turn to next. So much for being in the practice to help people .

Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever dealt with in American healthcare. After receiving a referral from my doctor within the UC Health healthcare system I was anxious to finally get some help from a specialized pain management doctor. I am a 100% disabled vet and am struggling to function with multiple back and knee injuries.
Not once did this office ever call me through the month long process, I had to consistently reach out to them to get any update.
After they confirmed receiving my referral they stated that they would call me within 48 business hours to schedule an appointment

Dr. Malinky is one of the best in the business. I definitely feel like he cares. I have had several injections in both my knees and my back with much success. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient here for almost 2 years.
The staff does their best however the communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have chronic pain + am new to CO. Insurance has been a nightmare + the lack of communication just makes it that much more stressful. We are not allowed to take anxiety medication (I get it) but ironically enough my anxiety is at it’s highest peak when I deal with these appointments in any form.
Today I have been calling for 40 min after having to call out of work for the first half of my day due to my prescription being filled out incorrectly. A call back

So I've been going here for a little over a year for migraines and arthritis in both my cervical and lumbar regions. I was given botox for migraines which worked wonders. I was given epidural injections for the arthritis. The first round lasted 6 months, second round last less than 2, and the most recent, didn't seem to work at all. It was suggested by Dr Marcello that I use over the counter Voltaren, which I cannot use(the package clearly states: not for use on back or neck, and it is an NSAID which I cannot take). Then he suggested that I use a lidocaine patch (this package said no more than

Been going here for 5 years and still dealing with lots of pain daily. Not sure if it’s because it is work comp related or if they just don’t care to listen. If it is just the insurance versus work comp I would be more than happy to use my insurance to get my life back. I destroyed my ankles/calcaneus with my first accident then about a year ago I broke multiple vertebrae with spinal fusion in an attempt to fix it. I have been diagnosed with CRPS and life is absolutely just painful. I do have to say the doctor I work with is nice and professional but I should not be in so much pain every day

I received the best pain management care here. What I had previously was decent, but not as direct and multifaceted as this clinic's care.
The entire team are courteous and kind, they can help you explore all the things you need, in order to keep pain managed, but more than just medication. However, myself, I mostly went there for their form of managment because I didn't personally need the types of injections offered there.
However, I was able to get a referral to Manual PT, which helps someone like me, (where my mobility can be good for a few months and struggling at other times, due to a genetic

I have been impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this office. Dr. Malinky listens, asks relevant questions and most importantly seems to trust my assessment of my body and what works and what doesn't work. I highly recommend this practice and staff.

Went for 1 spinal injection and it went fine. I called for a second injection 5-6 months later and was told I had to have another consultation before the injection which I didn't understand but went along with. It wasn't until AFTER the consultation that they told me that they couldn't fit me in for OVER 1 MONTH for the injection! People call for Pain Mgt when they're in pain. To make them wait that long is cruel. The fact that Dr. Malinky is off Friday - Sunday only made it more frustrating. A few days before the injection I received a voicemail from the office 'insurance

After calling over 43 "pain management" clinics I took a chance and went to Dr Malinky. The wait was an 1.3 hours so it wasn't punctual however I was very happy with the Dr and asst care. I was in a lot of pain and they prescribed the medication I needed with out trying to push procedural based or other non pain medication which had caused me problems in the past.

I would highly recommend them. Im hoping my updates will be this positive !

I didn't have any issue, my primary doctor referred me and 1 week later I had my appointment. The doctor had my medical records and had already reviewed them so there wasn't a lot of question and answer. He had no issue giving me a prescription and set my follow up appointment 30 days out. Today is my second appointment, same great service as last visit

Nurses very rude won't return phone calls. They say they are available for emergency but when you need something they will not help. I would differently go else where. Sorry.
