Was treated like a drug addict.
1 month out of hospital after a motorcycle accident.
Broken pelvis, all bones in arm broken, broken collar bone, hand paralysis, fractured spine bruises etc.
Couldn't get pain meds without jumping thru hoops and when I finally did weeks later it was one week at a time constantly needing to go back to get a new assessment for prescription. Went back once with same practicioner same experience very bitter person.
They wanted to suggest nerve ablasion therapy and I hadn't even healed yet.
I'm much better now without there lack of verbal abuse and reluctance to

It is near impossible to get ahold of a human. As of writing this, my wife has been waiting (in pain) for a doctor to submit insurance information so she can pick up her prescription that was due to pickup yesterday. The pharmacy has voiced the same problem contacting a human, as they've been trying since yesterday.

Typically I go to the Golden location (and see Dr Jonathan, who I also love), but due to having to attend a funeral of good friend out of state I missed the date I was supposed to pick up my medication, so I was about five days late for my medication and in a lot of pain. The sweet receptionist got me into the Denver location the next day (today) and I got to be treated by Dr Kimberly and I learned that not only is the Golden location wonderful, but so is the Denver (and I assume every location they have after my experience). I have been a migraine patient for over 40 years and my current neurologist is retiring. I recently had an experience where I was unfairly turned away from my required monthly pain med appt for being one minute out of their five minute grace and denied any recourse or a bridge prescription for my pain medication. After posting an unfavorable review that day, I was contacted the next day by the head of business development, Glenn Campbell. If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. You literally get diagnosed by a doctor that does not see or speak to you. The exam the "nurse" gave me did little to reveal what your true issue may be because they barely touch you. Then she leaves the room to talk to the "doctor" and then comes back with a magical diagnosis and a list of over priced treatments for your made up diagnosis. This was like getting a terrible Groupon as a gift and being lead into a back alley for medical treatment. The front desk staff is incompetent and also lies. The extremely rude girl

First hand experience. I had terrible low back pain. I was expecting MRIs, X-rays, countless tests and exams and anticipating numerous visits to find the problem, let alone fix it. I had an appointment with them on March 16th. I discussed my shoulder issue and pain, but at that time it was manageable with the current prescription plan I was on. ( Previous Rotator cuff Surgery 18 years ago)The PA submitted a MRI order on March 19th via Email, per Ashley at United Healthcare. Dr. Moghim is a miracle worker for our family. My mother arrived from Missouri to visit and could not walk because of her back pain. Was literally doubled over in constant and unbearable pain. We were able to get her in to see a nurse practitioner and 2 days later she saw Dr. Moghim for an injection. Twelve hours later she was as pain-free as she has been in years. She said the procedure was not painful at all, the staff was so pleasant and made her feel comfortable and well-cared for from the receptionist to the nurse wheeling her out to the car. Having had to change docs because of change in insurance carriers, I did not go with cheer into this new professional relationship. Having said that, I'm pleased to say that having new eyes on my 19 year journey with chronic pain may be just "what the doctor ordered". Dr Moghim has given hope to this former Poster Child of the Opiate Crisis. I'm looking forward to the possibility of relief, even if it's in baby steps.

I have been coming to CO Pain Care for approximately 6 years now. Dr. Krutsch and Dr. Wallace have done most of my nerve blocks and radio frequency ablations. The clinic I attended prior, never recommended the ablations so I'd always revert back to the pain I had prior to my procedures. As another person stated the receptionist is very rude. They seem to lack compassion. They neglected to email the forms (we called and asked multiple times) and because we were only 20 minutes early and not 40 they said we would have to reschedule. Really. A person with a open wound that is not able to walk right now and they refused to see the patient. The lady seemed to have a smirk on her face. $600 for a UA because it was a "special UA" that had to go to a lab. On going drug tests before each procedure were billed as pregnancy tests. I was verbally told before each procedure that I needed to provide a urine sample for a drug test. Billing has been a nightmare. I had an opportunity to meet with Doctor Vallour yesterday for my first appointment and I was impressed! He is highly educated in pain management and anesthesia. I'm going to have steroid injections and other treatment with him. He also had a great bedside manner which makes life easier when you are saddled with extreme chronic pain. I have a rare, progressive bone disease that causes severe chronic pain, and have seen dozens of doctors in my life. CPC is second to none, and they have simply given me my life back. I have been seeing Colorado Pain since last year. Overall the experiences have been very pleasant and I feel completely confident with the care I receive. The medical staff is just amazing and they are so prompt to get me seen at my scheduled appt. They pay attention to my needs, pain and ask questions to ensure I'm getting the proper care.
