Services
St. Clair Medical PC began its operations 30 years ago in 1989, when husband and wife team Dr. Ira Sabbagh and Dr. Sharon Mitchell joined Dr. Michel Sabbagh in his private OB/GYN practice. Dr. Sabbagh and Dr. Mitchell energized the small clinic, and through patient word of mouth it grew to be the community anchor which stands today.
Dr. Sabbagh earned a Master's degree from the University of Michigan in 1984 and a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in 1988. He completed his training at Mt. Clemens General Hospital and went on to become Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Sabbagh initially founded Saint Clair Medical Center and has since expanded this practice throughout the Blue Water area, opening new sites in Port Huron and Yale.
Our office requires the payment of deductibles, co-pays and past-due account balances at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, full payment is expected at time of service. Our physicians participate in most insurance plans. It is the patients' responsibility to know their insurance coverage and if their physician participates with their plans.
