Services
With a customizable workflow and layout builder, you can choose from a wide array of features to include in the interactive photo-taking experience. Choose to include voice guidance, gesture & movement detection, vibrant animations, touch based photo-signing, emoji stamping, interactive contests, social games, colorful photo countdowns and more.
Popular inflatables can book 1 or 2 months in advance. If you have a date in mind, reserve as early as possible. Remember if you cancel more than 14 days out we will fully refund your deposit or hold it for up to 1 year for reschedules. We appreciate as much notice as possible, but we will work with you if there are last minute bookings.
A delivery window of 2 hours will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We may need to delivery several hours early at no extra cost to assure all our bookings are delivered on time. On the day of delivery we will call 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled delivery time to confirm we are in transit. Upon delivery an adult must be present to sign the rental agreement and make payment, or we will not set up your inflatable.

The rental process was super easy, they accommodating last minute table request! The obstacle course that I rented was clean and in great shape. The guys that came to set up and pick up were super friendly! My kids and Their friends had a blast!! Can’t wait to use this company again. I Highly recommend them! Dancing Fred was a hit with the kids. Thank you bounce family!

Our family booked a bouncy castle with Bounce Family CT for the last week of Summer. It was our first time doing so. I am so glad that we used Bounce Family CT!! They were very professional and set up the castle timely ahead of the party. Kids love it!! They played using it all day:) we didn’t see them all day… only when they came to grab a bite or drink. It was a perfect party— thank you Bounce Family CT!! We will be using you again!!

Great experience renting from bounce family ct. Had a combo unit-bounce and slide for our block party. It was a hit. The kids bounced and played for hours. We used the water feature for the slide. The staff came a little earlier to set up. Very professional and courteous. I love that they put down the tarp especially when using water. It kept the water from pooling in the grass and it went right out to the street. Thanks bounce family ct! We will definitely book again.

We were very excited looking at the website, spent time picking out our party choices and then tried to book. They cater to select towns and that is all. (Even if you live on the border of three of the listed towns!) So crazy. There should be a clear banner on the website saying the select towns they serve before kiddos and parents waste their time picking things out.

Bounce Family CT was so great to work with for my daughter's April birthday party. We rented the obstacle course and the combo unit, the axe throwing, ring toss, and the best part: the cotton candy machine!! We were worried about possible rain and Jennifer, the owner, reached out a week prior to the party and was very easy to communicate with. All of the kids had a blast!!! Thank you for helping make our daughter's birthday super special!

We booked our party about a week in advance and this company was more then willing to do so. From the moment I spoke to them they were happy to help with our event. Delivery was prompt and they also let us have the bouncy house for a few extra hours then expected. Crew was very nice and helpful with take down. Much nicer then the people at Taylor Rental in Norwalk I must add.
