We have over 250 bounce houses available for rental, for the small and friendly backyard party to the large event or celebration and anything in-between. I requested assistance and/or understanding on properly measuring the area for my clients deck to grass space. It was expressed to me that no one was available to come to the Long Island home. I ordered a bounce house for my grandson's Birthday. I ordered the paw patrol combo and from the day of delivery to the day of pick up everything was spot on, the men were professional and being that I knew how many outlets I had and the size of my property the bounce house was a perfect fit. My kids had a blast and it wasn't like these con job companies that charge you large amounts of money for a quick fix for big money this company gives you time to enjoy the entertainment for the weekend. Great service, received the dance floor which was exactly the wood like floor. Also the bouncy was clean and sanitized allI had to do was measure the area with a simple tape measure , gave the right size, and they delivered days in advance. The popcorn machine was new. Great company and I will use then again and again.

Had my daughter‘s sweet 16 on June 5 ordered wood dance floor!!! it iwas plastic!!! I had a couple of people fall because of the floor !!! The worst experience ever !! My daughter birthday was completely ruin !!! it was not set up properly it had missing parts I ordered 200 white garden chairs they were ridiculous dirty and many of them broken !! they came one day before the event at 9 o’clock at night said they would come back the next day to fix the floor they never came back the worst experience ever spent so much money !! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not a good experience, I rented the "Rocket Ship Combo Bounce House Wet or Dry" for the weekend of 4th of July, they installed it couple of days ahead which was great but when my party started on the 4th the kids couldn't enjoy it. Only one kid at a time could get in and play because if more kids would get in, the bouncer would fall (see the picture). The blower they installed didn't have enough power to keep the bouncer inflated. I contacted Julie and sent her pictures and video explaining to her what happened but all the answer I got from her was "the bouncer had no issues". So no solution was

The whole experience was great. The lady that took my order made sure that the bounce house would fit in my backyard and was super feiendly. The delivery guys that set it up made sure they didn't hit any sprinklers and we're right on time. The bouncy was clean and exactly what was advertised. All that is nothing compared the fact that it tired out a platoon of children giving us not only some free time but the kids passed right out after....that in itself is worth every penny! I will be going back on my next party.

I loveeeeeeeeee them!!!! Always on time! Customer service was warming. Ive rented from them numerous of times and a few last minute events and they came through and on time!!! The rentals were clean and in amazing condition like it was brand new! I highly highly recommend them to alllll my family and friends! Definitely renting again again again!!!
